For outdoor shows and private parties, we are unable to play on a soft surface like grass. We need a solid level surface with a close power supply. Also, please have rain and inclement weather provisions such as a tent. If it begins to rain or even sprinkle, we need to be able to protect the equipment. When booking, please email us and describe (photos are great!) the setting and load in/load out options, such as: “30 ft down a large embankment”, “1/4 mile walk down hill to patio”, “up 7 flights of stairs”… We need to be prepared for these challenges as we have some heavy equipment and may need to hire help.
